Vita Group started its life in 1999 as a property and body corporate administration and leasing company in surf city Durban.
It then evolved into the building of its own investment portfolio of property and away from out-sourcing of property administration.
In 2002 we began investing in the Western Cape and continued to grow our portfolio in this region, we subsequently moved our offices to George in the Southern Cape and continued, with our partners, to grow our portfolio in this area.
Our portfolio lies mainly in the retail as well as the residential sector of the property market.
We take pride in our properties and seek to take care of our tenants and clients in our centres and residential properties. Our family style management team takes pride in their work and in the administration of our portfolio.
