Property investment company Vita Group has family and inclusivity at its core. Founded in 1999 the Vita Group had its humble beginnings in KZN in the property management and letting space which later evolved into the building of its own property investment portfolio.

Vita, being Italian for “life” depicts the true spirit of tradition, tolerance and community spirit and our essence of Dolce Vita (sweet life).

Now based in the Western Cape, our portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties is concentrated in the beauty of the famed Garden Route.

Our dedicated and professional, family style management team seeks to ensure that our properties remain viable and desirable for tenants and patrons alike.

Our endeavours are now stretching into the arts as we currently host the Visual Arts exhibition during the Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees in Oudtshoorn, at our Prince Vincent building. We plan to extend our arts initiatives by hosting workshops and exhibitions by accomplished South African artists and using this initiative as a launch pad for education in the arts and to establish Oudtshoorn as a centre for art and art education, with an influence on the greater Garden Route.

Our aim is to expand our portfolio with properties that are community driven, houses that are homes, shops that are desirable destinations, somewhere to share a cup of coffee or replenish your pantry, where we meet our neighbours and say a friendly hello.
